Cancellation Policy

At Shani's Beauty, I strive to provide excellent service and ensure a smooth scheduling process for my valued clients. To maintain fairness and efficiency, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: Payment and Booking: All appointments at Shani's Beauty must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your desired time slot. Grace Period for Rescheduling: I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I offer a grace period of 24 hours from the scheduled time. During this period, you can contact me to reschedule your appointment without any additional charges. Loss of Payment for No-Shows or Late Cancellations: In the event of a no-show or if the client exceeds the 24-hour grace period for rescheduling, the payment made for the appointment will be forfeited. I allocate my time and resources based on the bookings, and failure to notify me in a timely manner results in lost opportunities for other clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my cancellation policy. It allows me to maintain an efficient schedule and offer the highest quality of service to all my clients.
